My work is barrier-first and informed by corneotherapy principles, which prioritise protecting and strengthening the skin’s natural defences rather than pushing it into short-term change. This approach supports long-term skin health and can be especially beneficial for skin that feels unsettled, sensitive, inflamed or simply out of balance.
Facial massage sits at the heart of my practice. This is where skin health, nervous system regulation and emotional release often meet. Much of my work focuses on the jaw, face, scalp, neck and shoulders - areas where stress and holding patterns build up over time.
Clients often arrive hoping for a lift and glow, and leave noticing something deeper too: a slower internal pace, a sense of connection, and skin that feels calmer and more responsive.
I use Prologic, a corneotherapy-led, science-backed skincare range designed to work in harmony with the skin barrier, and their vegan-friendly, ethically-produced formulations.
Skincare is an essential part of this work, and when I recommend products, it’s because they support your treatment plan and help your skin stay steady between visits. My approach is always minimalist, practical and easy to follow.
How your appointment works
You don’t need to arrive knowing which facial to choose.
We’ll begin with a consultation, where we talk through your skin history, current routine, and how you’re feeling. From there, I’ll tailor the session using both what I see in your skin and what I intuitively feel it needs on the day.
Your treatment may include somatic and sculpting massage, fascia-focused work, facial reflexology, Gua Sha, facial cupping, Buccal massage (where appropriate) and LED. Each session is shaped in real time, with the aim of helping your skin and body feel more settled by the end than when you arrived.
